2-1/2″ x 1″ (1/4″ shaft) Aluminum Oxide Flap Wheels are made with premium X-Flexed cotton cloth. They are versatile coated abrasives that can be used in the shop for many different finishing tasks. Their flexibility allows the wheels to access hard-to-reach areas.

Typical applications include Deburring, Surface preparation prior to coating, Cleaning weld splatter, Finishing pipes and cylinders.

This aluminum oxide flap wheel is an ideal sander wheel for grinding and polishing rust and paint on flat or contoured surfaces. These shanks mounted flap wheels are commonly used in metalworking and woodworking, deburring, and finishing tools for metal, wood, and rubber.
